Strategic Partnership Guidelines
DTC-CBW is part of Colorado Business Women, a statewide organization of women and men dedicated to the mission of promoting full participation, equity and economic self-sufficiency for Colorado’s working women. In accordance with this mission, speakers, sponsors and marketing partners are selected based on their compatibility and willingness to support this mission.
The purpose of a strategic business partnership is to create synergy between
DTC-CBW and community businesses and organizations, thereby encouraging benefits and advantages from the alliance that are greater than those from the individual organizations.
DTC-CBW offers two types of Strategic Business Partnerships: Non-Media and Media. Media Strategic Business Partners will include radio, television, magazines, and newspaper. It will not include an organization that is an online-only publication. Non-Media is defined as all other organizations. Each partner agrees to market to their clients and members throughout the duration of the partnership.
Non-Media Strategic Business Partners are businesses and organizations (hereafter business refers to both businesses and organizations) that agree to promote DTC-CBW to their client base for the duration of the partnership. The Business will apply for and be approved to become a partner in marketing DTC-CBW. At least one member of the business must be an active and current member of DTC-CBW, and at least one member of DTC-CBW must be a current and active member of the non-media business.
Media Strategic Business Partners is a print publication, radio, or television who agrees to promote DTC-CBW in their media. They publish articles and the DTC-CBW calendar at no cost. Our membership will be able to receive advertising at a substantial reduction in cost. Membership is not required. One complimentary meeting/lunch registration per month is available to each media partner.
