Event Description :
Art form as a therapy has long been a rewarding way of looking within. Through the process of art, you will increase your awareness of yourself and others and gain a greater capacity to cope with difficulties, enhance cognitive abilities, and enjoy the life affirming pleasure of making art. Wear old clothes that can get dirty.

Taught by Birgit Whitelaw, artist and Paula Robbins, certified counseling hypnotherapist.

Cost: $44 per person includes canvas, materials, light snack
